Wendy Mileta is a fourth generation Raton native. Her great grandparents migrated from Pacentro, Italy to Raton NM and begin Raton Memories. They later opened a mercantile and dry goods store in Raton’s Historic Downtown district on first street in 1913. Her grandfather and two great uncles began their own restaurant business in 1951. Her grandmother began a retail business in 1985.  Having been around Raton for a long time Wendy's roots grow deep with an extensive family history in the area.

Wendy married another Raton native (Pete Mileta, Jr) in 1994 and together they have three beautiful children Dante, Camryn and Madisyn. Wendy is very active in the community and with her children volunteering her time on various programs.

With Wendy's extensive knowledge of Raton and the surrounding communities she looks forward to assisting customers and clients with all their real estate needs.
